Refunds

Digital goods are hard to return, so this page is about being straight rather than being clever.

The short version

If it does not work and we cannot make it work, you get your money back. That is the promise, and everything below is just the detail of it.

When we refund

  • The script does not work on a supported setup and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time.
  • It does something materially different from what this site says it does.
  • You bought the same thing twice, or bought the wrong one and have not used it.
  • An update of ours broke it and we cannot put it right.

In every one of those, ask in the Discord and it gets handled. We are not going to argue you out of a refund you are owed.

When we do not

  • It works, and you changed your mind. Everything is documented and demonstrated before you buy, and the board on the product page runs the real thing.
  • It conflicts with another script and the conflict is in the other script.
  • You edited the files, it broke, and it works on a clean install.
  • You want to run it on a server you do not own or operate. That is not what the licence covers.

Because these are digital files that cannot be handed back, a refund also ends the licence: the script comes off the server.

How to ask

Come to the Discord and say what happened. Bring your order reference, your framework and game build, and the error if there is one — those three things turn a conversation into a fix most of the time, which is usually what you actually wanted.

If a refund is the right answer we will process it through Tebex, which handles the money and returns it the way it came.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us first. A chargeback costs us the fee as well as the sale and takes weeks to resolve, and the same outcome is usually a message away.

An unresolved chargeback ends the licence and, realistically, ends us selling to that account again.
