Getting started
Four steps, and the whole thing takes about twenty minutes.

Read the rules and the lore. Ask anything — somebody is always around.
Write your application
Tell us who your character is. We read every word; effort is the whole filter.
Pass the interview
A short voice call so we know you understand the rules you agreed to.
Arrive in the city
Get your licence, find work, and start the only life that character gets.
You will need a microphone. Everything happens in voice. Text roleplay is not supported in the city.
How permadeath works
Death is not instant and it is not random. It is a window, and what happens inside that window is roleplay.
Serious injury puts your character into a downed state with a timer. During it, anyone nearby can apply first aid, and EMS can do considerably more. If someone stabilises you before the timer runs out, you live — with consequences that persist.
If nobody reaches you, or the injury was never survivable, the character is flagged deceased and locked. That character is finished. You keep the memory, the memorial, and anything you willed to somebody else.
Staff cannot undo it. Not as a policy position — as a technical one. Reversals happen only for proven server faults, with logs, and they are rare.
The medical system
Injuries are modelled per body part and per type. A broken arm is not a health bar going down; it is a broken arm, and it stays broken until somebody sets it.
| Injury | Caused by | Treated with |
|---|---|---|
| Bleeding | Gunshots, blades, glass | Bandage, then sutures |
| Fracture | Falls, vehicle collisions | Splint on scene, cast at hospital |
| Shock | Blood loss, severe trauma | IV fluids, transfusion |
| Organ damage | Penetrating trauma | Surgery. Hospital only |
Hospitals have finite supplies and they are restocked on a schedule. A busy night genuinely runs the city short, and that is a plot rather than a bug.
The full rules
1.Value your life
A gun to your head changes what your character does. Six guns changes it more. Behave like somebody who wants to live.
2.No random deathmatch
Violence needs a reason your character could explain out loud. Initiation, escalation, consequence — in that order.
3.Stay in character
Take it to a ticket, not to the street. Breaking character to argue ends the scene for everybody in it.
4.No metagaming
What you heard on a stream, your character did not hear. What you read in Discord, your character does not know.
5.No exploits
Found a bug? Report it. Using one to dodge permadeath is the fastest route out of the city, permanently.
6.Respect the people
The character can be a monster. You cannot. Anything aimed at the person behind the character is dealt with immediately.
FAQ
How long does whitelisting take?
Usually under 48 hours. Longer at weekends, because the people reading applications also play here.
Can I transfer a character from another server?
No. Everybody starts with nothing, which is the only way starting with nothing means anything.
What happens to my money when I die?
Whatever you willed goes where you willed it. Anything you did not is gone. Write a will early; nobody plans the day they need one.
Is there a donation store?
There is, and it sells cosmetics and convenience. Nothing in it makes you harder to kill.
I died to a bug. Now what?
Open a ticket with the time, the location and a clip if you have one. Server-fault deaths are reviewed and sometimes restored. Clips make the difference.
